Tracking | Shipping
Once an order is placed, you will receive an email with your order number and confirmation once your order is processed for shipment you will receive a second email containing the details of your order and a tracking number. If we are unable to fill your order we will attempt to contact you and if we are unable to contact you, we will treat the order as cancelled and refund your order. All domestic orders are shipped via Federal Express, Candamill Inc offers free FedEx ground shipping on all orders shipped within the 48 contiguous states.
Orders are processed and delivered Monday through Friday, excluding holidays. Please see product details for specified delivery lead times. Candamill Inc cannot be responsible for unanticipated delays or lost items, for security reasons, Candamill Inc on-line purchases require a signature upon delivery.
Candamill only accepts American Express, MasterCard, Visa and Discover for on-line purchases. Please note that your credit card will not be charged at the time you submit your order. The transaction will be charged to your credit card only after we have verified your card details, received credit authorization. All orders are securely processed and verified through the Stripe Payment Platform.
Candamill Inc charges state, local and county taxes on on-line transactions, as required by applicable laws. If you are having trouble checking out with correct sales tax %, please contact firstname.lastname@example.org with "sales tax" in the subject line.
Return Policy for Accessories
The return authorization must be requested by emailing Info@candamill.com, within 7 days of receiving your order. Shipping is complimentary on all returns and exchanges. A FedEx return slip will be Emailed for you to print and place on your package. We can arrange a pick up or you may drop off at a FedEx location near you. Merchandise must be returned in original box and packaging. Merchandise must be unused, unworn and in an unaltered condition. All original tickets must be attached and a copy of your invoice must be enclosed with your return authorization number clearly documented. Candamill Inc reserves the right to refuse the return of any merchandise that does not meet the above criteria. In such instances, Candamill Inc will send the product(s) back to the customer.
Once we have received and processed your exchange you will be notified by email. Please allow 2-3 weeks from the shipping date for your return.
Refunds may only be issued in the same form as payment and shipping costs are non-refundable. Upon receipt of returned merchandise, every effort will be made to ensure a prompt refund and an email notification will be sent once the return has been processed.

All items are quality controlled and checked for faults before they are shipped to customers. Should you receive an item that is not in perfect condition please contact us immediately at firstname.lastname@example.org with "repair" in the subject line.
