Tracking & Shipping

Once an order is placed, you will receive an email with your order number and confirmation. Once your order is processed for shipment you will receive a second email containing the details of your order and a tracking number. If we are unable to fill your order we will attempt to contact you and if we are unable to contact you, we will treat the order as cancelled and refund your order. All domestic orders are shipped via UPS within the 48 contiguous states. Orders are processed Monday through Friday, 9am-4pm EST, excluding holidays. Please see product details for specified delivery lead times. Candamill cannot be responsible for unanticipated delays or lost items.

Return Policy

Candamill offers complimentary return shipping for items in accordance with this Return Policy as follows:

The return authorization must be requested by emailing info@candamill.com within 7 days of receiving your order, a UPS return slip will be emailed for you to print and place on your package.

Items must be returned in original box and packaging, including all branded materials and authenticity cards. Items must be unused, unworn and in an unaltered condition. Refunds will not be processed until the items are received and inspected by Candamill for approval.

Approved refunds typically take 3-5 business days to process and will be applied to the payment method used to place the order. Please note original shipping charges will not be refunded with your return. All shipping costs associated with the order will remain the customer’s responsibility and will not be eligible for refund.

Any returned items which are damaged, do not include the original packaging materials, or are soiled or altered may not be accepted and refunds will not be issued for such returns. Candamill Inc. reserves the right to refuse the return of any items that do not meet the above criteria. In such instances, Candamill will send the item(s) back to the customer.

International Orders

All international purchases are final, the costs of shipping, and any import taxes and duties paid are the customers responsibility and non-refundable. For questions regarding your order please email info@candamill.com with “International Order” in the subject line.

Pre-orders

Candamill releases small runs of each design that are available for pre-order, these items are not in stock yet, but available for you to secure a limited edition piece from our collection. All pre-order items have an expected shipping date on the product detail page, Candamill will communicate the status of your order and will ship to you as soon as the item arrives at our studio. Your pre-order is subject to our normal return policy once received.

Quality

Candamill designs are made with the highest quality materials and techniques. All items are quality controlled by our production team and individually reviewed by the designers for approval before they are shipped to customers. Should you receive an item that you are not happy with please email info@candamill.com with your concerns. All Candamill products are proudly made in New York City.

Payment Options

Candamill only accepts American Express, MasterCard, Visa and Discover for on-line purchases. Please note that your credit card will not be charged at the time you submit your order. The transaction will be charged to your credit card only after we have verified your card details and received credit authorization. All orders are securely processed and verified through the Shopify. Candamill charges New York State, local and county taxes on on-line transactions, as required by applicable laws.

Privacy Policy

We value your privacy, Candamill does not sell or share your information to other companies or third parties. When making a purchase on our website, Candamill collects the necessary information to properly ship your order.
